We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
We can update your shipping address within 30 minutes after placing your order. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we won’t be able to change the address. Please contact us immediately at support@bellecos.com for assistance.
We accept returns for all items within 30 days of delivery. Opened and unopened items are eligible for return if they are in usable condition (e.g., free of stains, tears, odors, or damage) and include all original packaging.
To start a return, email us at admin@topazislands.com and include your order number, reason for the return, and product details. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific instructions for shipping your item back to us.
For products returned due to damage or defects caused during delivery, Topaz Islands Inc will cover the return shipping fees.
For returns due to customer dissatisfaction, customers will need to cover the shipping fees.
