Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are supported within 30 minutes of placing an order. To cancel, please contact us immediately at support@bellecos.com. Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be canceled, and you must follow the return process to obtain a refund.
Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the returned items meet the eligibility criteria outlined below.
Return Eligibility
- Both opened and unopened products are eligible for a return, provided that items are in usable condition, which includes being free of stains, tears, odors, or other types of soiling or damage.
- Products must include their original packaging and associated materials (e.g., labels, boxes). Returns are processed at the sole discretion of Topaz Islands Inc, based on the condition of the product upon inspection. Failure to comply with return instructions or provide requested details (e.g., photos or descriptions of the product’s condition) may result in the rejection of your return request.
- Customers must ship the item back within 1 week of receiving return instructions. Failure to do so will result in the decline of the return request.
Returns for Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will happily replace or refund the item at no additional cost, provided the following conditions are met:
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- The original packaging is retained and used for the return process.
- Please contact support@bellecos.com with details of the issue (e.g., clear photos or videos). Once verified, we will process your return and cover all shipping fees.
- Please Note: Returns sent without contacting us and obtaining prior authorization will not be accepted.
Inspection
If the product condition differs from the return request, or if the item shows signs of improper use, the return request will be rejected, and the product will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Refund Processing
Upon approval of your return:
The refund process will begin within 1-2 business days of return approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, the funds may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
