Shipping Rates and Policies
We strive to ensure an efficient shipping process for all our customers. Our shipping rates depend on the total amount of your order:
Orders under 26.99:Subject to a 3.99 shipping charge.
Orders of $26.99 and above: Enjoy free shipping.
Shipping costs are finalized and displayed at checkout, ensuring transparency before payment confirmation.
Service Area
Topaz Islands Inc. only ships domestically within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Deliveries are strictly limited to valid and accessible street addresses within the U.S. Our shipping carriers do not process shipments to P.O. Boxes, Military Addresses (APO/FPO), outlying territories, or remote areas and islands. Thank you for understanding as we focus on providing reliable service to domestic customers.
Delivery and Processing Times
Order Processing
Processing Time: 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Order Cutoff: Orders placed by 4:00 PM MST, Monday – Friday, are eligible for same-day processing.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM MST on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday (excluding holidays).
Shipping Time
USPS First-Class Shipping: 2-5 business days for transit after order processing. Delivery times are generally between 3-7 business days, but they may extend based on holidays, weather disruptions, or local logistics conditions.
Maximum Delivery Window: In special cases, shipments may take up to 12 business days.
Out-of-stock Items
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s), not in stock.
Lost or Misdelivered Shipments
Lost in Transit: We are not liable for packages lost in transit due to carrier errors. However, if your shipment is lost, contact us with your order number, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider.
Misdelivered or Undelivered Packages: Topaz Islands Inc is not responsible for missed deliveries caused by incorrect, insufficient, or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout (e.g., missing apartment/unit numbers, zip code discrepancies, etc.).
Attention: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment, you will be charged the original shipping cost plus any return fees incurred.
Exceptions and Additional Details
Holiday or Weather Delays: Delivery times may be impacted during public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or disruptions by manufacturers/carriers. We appreciate your patience during such times as services will resume promptly thereafter.
Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date you received the order, provided the items meet our return policy conditions.
Sales Tax
All sales tax is fully covered by Topaz Islands Inc. No additional charges are incurred by customers.
